This product is a foil/metallized pouch for 500g solid beverage packaging, with the core differentiating variant being a pure aluminium structure. Common pure aluminium laminates include PET/AL/PE and PET/AL/NY/PE; metallized structures can use PET/VMPET/PE, PET/VMPET/NY/PE and other combinations; PET/NY/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, kraft paper/PE, etc. can also be selected as required. Multi-layer lamination thickness is 15–25丝.
Printing uses 1–8 colour gravure printing, and the production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Products are manufactured in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, using food-grade materials; material certificates can be provided on request.
For 500g solid beverage packaging, size and layout can be customized per customer requirements, with proofing from samples/artwork supported. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
