This liquid pouch bag is designed for small volumes of liquids and creams. It is built as a three-side or four-side sealed pouch, topped with a brush applicator and a screw cap; spout or valve formats are also available on request. The seal edges are flat and firm, and an easy-tear notch makes opening simple. Lightweight and compact, the pouch is easy to carry, while the brush tip allows direct, precise application without extra tools.
Pouches are commonly laminated in PET/PE, NY/PE or PET/AL/PE structures, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer and a barrier option chosen for your formula. The outer layer supports 1-8 colour gravure printing, reproducing solid colours, gradients and fine text with good rub resistance. Typical capacities range from 5g to 50g. Pouch dimensions, brush size, cap style and orifice diameter can all follow your artwork, and matte, glossy or laser finishes are optional.
These pouches suit lip gloss, lip tint, mascara, eyeliner, nail polish, serum and hair oil, and work well as samples, travel sizes or e-commerce trial packs. Our custom process starts from your sample or artwork, followed by a proof, then sampling and mass production; matching roll film in the same material is also available.
