3.9L Custom Printed Liquid Pouch Bag with Large Spout and Handle

These liquid pouches are designed for cola, juice and other beverage exports. The stand-up structure with a folded bottom gusset keeps the bag stable on the shelf, while three-side or four-side heat sealing gives a flat, strong edge. A large-diameter spout can be fitted on top for filling lines, with screw caps or flip-top closures for pouring and resealing. A side handle hole or an added carry handle makes 3.9L and 1-gallon formats easier to move.

Bags are typically built from food-grade laminates such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE, selected according to the filling and sterilisation method. The inner layer is a food-contact PE sealing layer, with oxygen, light and puncture resistance tuned to the product. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for rich, tightly registered artwork, with matt, gloss or spot varnish finishes. Volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag size, spout diameter and handle style can follow your filling line.
