300ml Trial-Size Liquid Pouch With Spout for Body Wash Samples

This liquid pouch is designed for small and medium trial or refill formats. The flat pouch is sealed on three or four sides for a clean, strong edge, and the body can be fitted with a screw spout, a direct-drink spout or a tear-off mock spout, so users can squeeze out the content in one go. The pure white film gives a clean, clinical look that suits personal care and household products, and it leaves room for labels or retail cartons.

The pouch body is built from food-grade laminates such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PA/PE, with a heat-seal inner layer selected to resist acids, alkalis or oils according to the fill. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing with accurate registration and even ink coverage, and matt, gloss or partial-white finishes are available. Volumes from 100ml to 5L can be produced, covering common 300ml trial packs, 450g body wash pouches and 1L refills, with bag size and spout diameter tailored to the project.

Typical uses include body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, wool and silk detergent, hand wash, and also sauces or juices in food applications. The custom process runs from brief and sample or artwork review through proofing, plate making and printing to volume production, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
