30ml Matte Three-Side Seal Liquid Pouch for Cosmetics and Hotel Toiletries

This three-side seal liquid pouch is built for small-dose liquids and creams. Both sides and the bottom edge are heat sealed, while the top edge keeps an easy-tear notch so the pouch opens cleanly and pours with little residue left behind. For products used more than once, a spout or screw-cap outlet can be added, in flat or stand-up formats. The finished pouch holds its shape well and shows the fine, soft texture of a matte surface.

Pouches are typically made from food-grade PET/PE or PET/AL/PE laminates. The inner sealing layer performs reliably, and the structure handles water-based, alcohol-based and oil-containing formulas reasonably well. Surfaces can be matte, frosted or gloss finished. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, so fine detail and smooth colour transitions come through clearly, with optional matt varnish or spot gloss. Common fill sizes run from about 10ml to 2L, including 10ml, 20ml, 30ml, 50ml, 100ml and 25g, with dimensions adjusted to product weight.
