5L Liquid Stand-Up Pouch with Handle and Screw Cap for Tile Adhesive

This spouted stand-up pouch is built for liquid and paste filling. The widened bottom gusset lets the bag stand firmly on the shelf or pallet after filling, while an integrated handle hole at the side allows end users to carry a 3kg to 5L pack with one hand. A screw-cap spout with a sealing gasket sits at the top centre for repeated opening, controlled pouring and leak-resistant closure. All four seals are widened and the corner joints are rounded to reduce leakage during transport and handling.

Structures can be tailored to the product inside, using PET/PE, PA/PE or PET/AL/PE laminates with a food-grade inner sealing layer that resists acids, alkalis and oils — suitable for polyurethane reactants and tile adhesives. Printing is done in-house with 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving crisp detail and stable registration in matt, gloss or tactile finishes. Common sizes range from 100ml to 5L; bag width, spout diameter and handle position are adjustable to your drawing, and matching roll film is available in the same structure.

Typical applications include tile adhesives, grouts, polyurethane reactants, cleaning agents, lubricants, sauces and syrups across building materials, chemical and food sectors.
