This liquid packaging pouch is built as an inner reservoir for sensor-activated dispenser units, cut to fit the machine compartment so it sits flush against the housing. The main formats use gusseted or flat-bottom construction with heat-sealed edges on all four sides for a tight, leak-resistant seal. The outlet can be fitted with a spout, one-way valve or quick connector to mate with the pump or sensor dispensing mechanism, keeping product loss and dripping to a minimum.

The pouch body is typically made from food-grade PE and PET laminated film, with a heat-seal inner layer and a barrier core layer; aluminium foil or metallised structures can be added for extra oxygen and moisture protection. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving stable colour and accurate registration, and we support customisation from your samples or artwork. Standard volumes run from 400ml to 1000ml, and bag shape, spout diameter and film feed can be adjusted to the machine chamber. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
