Custom 500ml Bullet Screw Cap Spouted Liquid Pouch for Hair Cream and Lotion

This liquid pouch uses a 500ml bullet screw cap as its closure, combined with a stand-up or shaped pouch body and strong three-side or four-side heat-sealed edges. The screw cap spout opens with a simple turn, letting the contents be poured or squeezed out smoothly with little residue. The blank white, unprinted surface suits universal filling and can also be labelled or overprinted later, making it a practical pack for hair dye cream, lotion and other low to medium viscosity liquids.

The pouch body can be built from PE, PET, PA or AL in single-layer or multi-layer laminations, with a food-grade inner contact layer that offers good barrier performance and chemical resistance for creams and emulsions. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, and custom samples or artwork are accepted for colour matching. Standard volumes range from 100ml to 5L, while pouch style, spout diameter and cap type can be matched to your filling line. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
