This liquid packaging bag is built around small-volume dosing. The pouch uses a three-side seal construction with clean, straight edges, while a matte surface finish gives it a soft, premium feel suited to personal care lines. The spout end can be fitted with a screw-on nozzle, a standard spout or a flip-top outlet, so oils, detergents and care liquids dispense smoothly with one hand. Bags can be made as flat or stand-up styles, with rounded corners and tear notches as optional details.

Materials are combined according to the fill and shelf-life requirements. Typical structures include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE laminates, with a food-grade heat-seal inner layer; oxygen, moisture and puncture resistance can be tuned to the formula. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, including full-surface colour, spot matte effects and gloss contrasts, with QR codes added as needed. Capacities run from 30ml to 1L, covering 25g, 50ml and 100ml formats, with pouch size and spout diameter made to your drawing.

These pouches are widely used for personal care, aromatherapy oils, travel-size shampoo and lotion samples, hand sanitiser gels and food sauces, and they work well for e-commerce sample packs, hotel amenities and travel kits. Customisation starts with confirming bag style, material structure and artwork; we accept samples and drawings for development, then move to sampling and bulk production, with matching roll film available as a companion item.
