This printed roll film is developed for automatic form-fill-seal lines that turn a single reel into finished liquid sachets or linked pouches. The web can be slit for three-side seal, back seal or pillow-style sealing, with core diameter, roll diameter and winding direction matched to your machine. Consistent tension and flat, clean edges allow stable high-speed feeding and strong heat sealing, so filled sachets stay leak-resistant and present a neat, retail-ready appearance.
Standard structures include food-grade PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PE/PE laminates, selected according to the product and the barrier level required. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, and we support customisation from your samples or artwork, with accurate registration and controllable colour variation. Web width runs from 50 mm to 1200 mm and thickness from 60 μm to 180 μm, while roll diameter and core size follow your equipment settings. Matte, gloss or spot varnish finishes are available.
The film suits shampoo, body wash and conditioner, as well as hand sanitiser and gel products packed in small sachets. Our custom process starts with a brief, then sample or artwork confirmation, proofing and approval, bulk production and final inspection before shipment. Based in Dongguan, Guangdong, our facility runs a Class 10000 cleanroom with gravure printing, lamination and slitting lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied as a set.
