This roll film is supplied in roll form for automatic liquid care packaging and is formed into three-side-seal, back-seal or four-side-seal sachets on high-speed filling machines. The web runs smoothly with even, consistent seal edges and is designed to reduce film breaks during continuous production. Where a spouted pouch or bag-in-box liner is required, the same material construction can also be supplied in matching roll film.
Material structures are built around the filling and barrier needs of the product, with common combinations such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/PE offering oxygen and light barrier plus resistance to liquid migration. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for crisp detail and stable colour across runs, with matt, gloss and selected finishing options available. Web width, thickness and roll diameter are made to your machine and pouch format; typical film thickness ranges from 0.06mm to 0.12mm.
Typical applications include travel-size, hotel and sample sachets for shampoo, body wash, conditioner and hand wash, as well as liquid and paste products such as sauces and skincare. Customisation is straightforward: send us a sample bag, drawing or size requirement, confirm the material structure and artwork, approve a sample, then move to bulk production.
