Custom Composite Roll Film for 15g-20g Instant Coffee Sachet Packaging

This composite roll film is built for continuous operation on automatic form-fill-seal machines. Fed through the former, it is folded, longitudinally centre-sealed, then cross-sealed and cut, so 15g-20g sachets are formed, filled and closed in one pass. Web width and print repeat stay stable, giving flat, even tension without wandering or wrinkling. The heat-seal layer produces tight seals at typical filling speeds and suits three-side-seal or back-seal sachet styles, with no spout or valve required at these small gram weights.

Structures are made to order, with common options such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/VMPET/PE balancing stiffness, barrier and sealing performance. Food-grade raw materials are used throughout. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, giving saturated colour and accurate registration, with full-coverage backgrounds, matte or gloss finishes available. Standard film thickness runs from 0.05mm to 0.12mm, web width is cut to your machine, and roll length and core diameter can be agreed.

Typical applications include instant coffee, milk tea powder, solid beverages, meal-replacement powder and seasoning powder in small sachets, as well as selected powder-based personal care items. The custom process is straightforward: send a sample pouch, artwork or size request, we confirm structure, repeat length and printing, then produce a sample for approval before mass production.
