Custom 3ml Hand Sanitizer Gel Roll Film for Automatic Sachet Filling

This roll film is engineered for automatic filling lines that form, fill and seal single-use hand sanitizer and hand gel sachets. It runs on vertical and horizontal form-fill-seal equipment to produce three-side or four-side sealed sachets, most commonly 3ml, with 5ml and 10ml options available. Roll width, winding direction and core diameter are matched to your machine tension and film path, giving consistent sealing, clean seals and a reliable tear notch that opens smoothly without stringing.

The laminate is built from food-grade structures such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with inner and barrier layers selected to suit alcohol-based gels or surfactant hand washes. Typical thickness ranges from 60 to 140 microns and widths from 30 to 300mm. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing with tight registration and stable colour control, including full-bleed backgrounds and fine text. Customization from sample or artwork is welcome, and matching roll film can be supplied alongside.

Applications include hotel amenities, airline and travel kits, pharmacies and personal care brands packing hand sanitizer, waterless gel and disinfectant gel sachets, as well as single-dose shampoo and hand cream. The usual process is specification and artwork confirmation, sample proofing, gravure printing and lamination, then slitting and rewinding.
