This heat-seal roll film is engineered for automatic sachet filling lines, where it is formed, filled and sealed into three-side, four-side or back-seal sachets for hand sanitiser, shampoo and body wash. The film runs flat and consistent, with a wide sealing window and strong seals that resist channeling on high-speed machines. Where a spout, tear notch or peelable opening is required, we supply a matching roll film and adjust roll diameter and tension to suit your existing filling equipment.

Typical structures include PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and PET/AL/PE laminates, so the barrier layer and sealing layer can be selected to match your product's chemistry and shelf-life needs. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving saturated colour and stable registration, with matt, gloss or spot varnish finishes available. Width, thickness, roll diameter and metres per roll are made to order; common thickness ranges from about 0.05 mm to 0.15 mm, and samples can be approved before bulk production.
