Food-Grade Metallized Laminated Roll Film for Light-Blocking Snack Packaging

This roll film is a food-grade, light-blocking flexible packaging material built on a multilayer laminate. Run on automatic form-fill-seal machines, it converts into three-side seal, back seal or four-side seal pouches with strong seals and smooth tracking. The roll itself carries no spout or valve; where dispensing or pouring is required, the same material can be supplied as a spouted pouch or bag-in-box. The film surface is flat with stable slip, making it suitable for continuous high-speed bag making and filling lines.

For material build, PET, VMPET, VMCPP, pure aluminium foil and PE food-grade films can be combined to meet the barrier and shelf-life needs of the contents, forming metallized or aluminium foil laminates with light-blocking, oxygen-barrier, moisture-proof and flex-crack resistant performance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, with customization from samples or artwork and consistent colour control. Width, thickness, roll diameter and lamination layers can all be adjusted to your machine and pouch format, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied as a set.

Typical applications include puffed snacks, crisps, nuts, biscuits and confectionery, as well as coffee, tea and pet treats that need light and moisture protection. The customization flow is straightforward: confirm requirements, submit samples or artwork for proofing, approve the proof, then move to bulk production.
