This handled vacuum bag is built on a three-side-seal format with a flat, firm body and a reinforced carry hole or handle at the top, so a 5 kg bag of rice stays easy to lift and shelf-ready. Seal width can be adjusted to the fill weight, and vacuuming draws the film tight around the grains to reduce moisture and oxidation. A one-way degassing valve can be added when slight air release is needed for grains or powders.
Food-grade PET, NY and PE laminates are combined in two- or three-layer structures to give good puncture resistance and dependable sealing. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing with custom artwork, and we also work from your samples or drawings. Standard sizes cover 1 kg to 10 kg, with bag width, length and seal style adjusted to your filling equipment, while matching roll film is available for automatic lines.
Typical applications include rice, cereals, mixed grains, beans and dry pet food for retail, wholesale and export markets. The custom process runs from requirement review and sample or artwork proofing through material confirmation to bulk production and shipment.
