It features a self-seal zipper at the pouch opening plus a tear notch; after opening, the zipper allows repeated closing for convenient dispensing and resealing. The tear notch is the key variant feature that distinguishes it from same-size, same-use self-seal zipper pouches without a tear notch.
The pouch uses a multi-layer laminated structure. Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 15–25丝 (multi-layer lamination). Different material combinations and pouch dimensions can be selected according to seasoning powder packaging requirements.
Printing and production are carried out in Dongguan, Guangdong, with support for 1–8 color gravure printing. The process flow is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, and relevant production stages are completed in a Class 10,000 cleanroom.
