Custom Printed Stand-Up Spouted Zipper Pouches with Handle Hole for Beverages

Built on a stand-up pouch format, this spouted zipper bag adds a plastic spout with a screw cap at the top and a reclosable interlocking zipper below it, while a die-cut handle hole in the body makes the pack easy to carry. The folded bottom lets the filled pouch stand upright on shelves, and the four-side seals are flat and firm for a clean finish. Spout position, bore diameter, zipper width and cap style can all be adapted, with optional leak-proof valves or tamper-evident caps for different filling lines.

Common structures include PET/PE, PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE food-grade laminates, and the inner layer can be selected to suit the filling and any sterilisation method, balancing oxygen barrier, light protection and drop resistance. The outer layer is printed by 1-8 colour gravure printing, with full-bleed backgrounds, gradients and fine detail, plus optional matte, gloss or soft-touch finishing. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, while bag width, bottom gusset and spout bore can follow your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied alongside.

These pouches suit milk tea, juice, jelly, sauces, detergents and other liquids or semi-liquids, and are widely used for outdoor drinks, trade-show samples and retail single-serve packs. The custom process is straightforward: send a sample bag or artwork, confirm material, structure and dimensions, then approve a pre-production sample before bulk runs.
