Food-Grade Clear Resealable Zipper Pouches for Liquid and Frozen Food Packaging

This resealable zipper pouch is built around a press-to-close zipper that keeps contents fresh between uses. The pouch can be produced as a flat three-side-seal bag or as a stand-up pouch with a bottom gusset, and the seal width and zipper position are adjusted to match your filling method. A clear bag body lets end users check the product at a glance. For liquid lines, the same pouch format can be extended with a spout or valve for easy pouring and partial use.

The construction uses food-grade PE, PET and NY films laminated to suit the product being packed, and the film stays flexible at low temperatures, making it a practical choice for frozen and chilled applications. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, with artwork supplied by sample or drawing and matte or glossy finishes available. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, length and zipper size can be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.

Typical applications include liquid seasonings, purees, sauces, pet food, frozen fruit and vegetables, nuts and snacks, as well as sample packs for cosmetics and household products. The custom process follows three steps: confirming requirements, approving a sample pouch, then bulk production. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, and runs a Class 10000 clean room.
