The 500g tea self-seal zipper pouch with single zipper is designed for tea packaging, with the single zipper structure as its key variant to distinguish it from same-size, same-use pouches with other zipper variants. The pouch supports repeated opening and closing for tea portioning, display, and daily access.
The pouch body uses multi-layer composite materials with a thickness of 150–250 µm. Available material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
Sample/artwork proofing is supported, and dimensions and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements. Customers can select suitable composite materials and printing solutions for 500g tea packaging to complete the custom production of single-zipper self-seal pouches.
