Custom Bag-in-Box 1–20 L with Butterfly Valve for Drinking Water

Storing wine or packing drinking water means the pouch has to survive knocks during stacking and handling. This valved bag-in-box shares the load between inner bag and outer carton, and the soft body absorbs impact, so leakage from damage is less likely.

The body laminates metallized film and pure aluminium, where aluminium handles light, oxygen and moisture. The pouch is supple, the carton takes the main pressure once filled, and the inner bag follows the carton as it flexes, so transit vibration does not reach the seals directly. The valve stays closed through stacking, so cartons can be palletised without extra wrapping around the spout.

Printing is specified at 1-8 colours, and the panel can follow a customer brand design; volumes span 1-20 L, matching common retail and catering sizes. Accessories are the valve and the carton, agreed as one set so the spout lines up with the carton opening. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs.
