Custom Bag-in-Box 1–200 L, Light-Blocking for Disinfectant

This bag-in-box takes on disinfectant and liquid beverage packaging across a 1–200 L capacity range, combining pressure resistance with light blocking and dispensing through a valve. Printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

Materials combine aluminium foil, pure aluminium and transparent layers. The foil and pure aluminium layers handle barrier and light-blocking duty, while the transparent layer leaves an inspection window. The bag takes external squeezing during cartoning and transport, and the sealed edge structure stays intact so the contents are unlikely to seep out. Because the flexible bag deforms with its carton, the shock of an accidental drop is spread across the wall rather than concentrated.

Printing runs 1–8 colours, with artwork produced from the customer's design file. Accessories cover valves only — a butterfly valve, a pointed spout, a tap valve and an oil valve — with no carton, which suits customers who already have outer packaging. At a 10,000 pcs minimum, a customer can order the bag alone and pair it with their own carton.

Use covers cleaning liquids such as disinfectant, and extends to portioning of drinks, juice and drinking water. Where cleaning liquids and food liquids share one filling line, production is best scheduled in separate runs.
