Custom Bag-in-Box 5 kg for Hand Sanitiser

Hand sanitiser and disinfectant at 5 kg, along with red wine and jam at 5 L, can use this bag-in-box liner with butterfly valve and screw-cap options. With an outer carton the pouch stands upright, and either the valve or the cap controls dispensing while the rest of the contents stay sealed.

The body laminates metallized film with pure aluminium. Aluminium supplies the light, oxygen and moisture barrier and limits change in the contents during storage. The pouch is supple and holds position inside the carton, and repeated opening and closing does not affect the bag body or its seals. Since the contents are not meant to be seen, the pouch body is supplied without a clear layer.

Printing runs 1-8 colours from customer artwork; volumes span 1-20 L, with 5 L and 5 kg among the common steps, and bag length follows the fill quantity. Accessories are the valve and the carton, supplied as one assembly with the pouch. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs.
