This bag-in-box pouch is made for beverage syrup, drink concentrate and liquid food products in the 5 L to 20 L range. It combines a barrier bag with a valve so the syrup can be dispensed through a pump or a dispenser line without the pack being opened, which suits fountain drinks, cocktail premix and central-kitchen supply.
The bag is a PET + AL + PE laminate with the aluminium layer reducing oxygen and light ingress, and the inner PE layer sealing the bag and the valve seat against the product. Because the bag collapses as it empties, the risk of oxidation and contamination during use is limited, and the last portion dispenses as cleanly as the first. Bag volume, valve type and the fit to the outer carton or dispenser are all made to your specification.
