Custom Foil Bag-in-Box 1–200 L with Butterfly Valve, Aseptic for Juice

An aseptic foil bag-in-box covering a 1–200 L volume range, sealed and dispensed through a butterfly valve at the spout, aimed at custom packaging for juice, red wine and similar liquids. Printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The bag is formed from metallized, pure aluminium and transparent materials. The pure aluminium layer gives the strongest barrier, the metallized layer helps block light, and the transparent layer lets the contents be inspected. The bag works with a carton: after filling, the liquid is enclosed in the flexible pouch, dispensing is controlled by the butterfly valve, and the bag contracts as the level drops. The weld position between spout and valve is fixed during bag making, so it lines up consistently when filling equipment docks with it.

Printing covers 1–8 colours, and both artwork size and bag format can be adjusted to customer requirements. Accessory choices include a butterfly valve, a pointed spout, an oil valve, a tap valve and a carton. The 10,000 pcs minimum suits drink orders with steady volume, and customers can decide per product whether a carton is needed, since the flexible bag dispenses on its own.

Applications include fruit juice drinks, red wine and wine, and extend to liquid foods and seasoning liquids that require aseptic handling. After filling the pouch takes on a three-dimensional shape, so it stacks steadily in a carton and holds that shape on long journeys.
