Custom Foil Bag-in-Box 3 L with Butterfly Valve for Juice and Red Wine

An aseptic foil bag-in-box with 3 L as its main size, built for pressure resistance and burst resistance, sealed with a butterfly valve at the spout and used for juice and red wine packaging. The volume system spans 1–200 L, printing covers 1–8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The structure laminates transparent, metallized and pure aluminium materials. The foil layer supplies the barrier, the metallized layer adds light blocking, and the transparent layer keeps the contents visible. Once formed, the pouch has even sealed edges and a wall with useful toughness, so it withstands squeezing during cartoning, stacking and outer-carton handling. That toughness comes from the material combination and the laminating process, so the wall also holds up when a filling line runs at speed and the contents surge against it.

Printing covers 1–8 colours and can carry the brand's main visual alongside filling batch information. Accessories include a butterfly valve, an oil valve, a tap valve, a pointed spout and a carton, with the dispensing part chosen to suit the contents. At a 10,000 pcs minimum, one bag format covers both small portion packs and larger sizes, with artwork adapted alongside.

Use is centred on juice and red wine, and the pouch also fits sauce and seasoning liquids that need sealed dispensing. Juice-type contents are sensitive to oxygen, and the foil layer helps the pouch hold a steadier internal environment across its storage period.
