Custom Food-Grade Bag-in-Box 1–20 L for Red Wine and Juice Drinks

The collapsible printed-carton bag-in-box puts a flexible liquid pouch inside a printed carton that folds flat. Cartons can be stored and shipped flattened and are erected after filling, which saves warehouse and freight space. The pouch uses food-grade-oriented materials for red wine and juice drinks, liquids that are sensitive to odour pickup and oxidation.

Three material options are offered: metallized film, pure aluminium foil and transparent film. Metallized film balances light blocking against cost, pure foil gives the stronger barrier, and clear film lets the contents be inspected. All three are laminated with a polyethylene inner layer that handles heat sealing and contact with the liquid, while the outer layer carries the printed design.

Volumes span 1-20 L and printing runs to 1-8 colours, with the carton surface finished to suit the artwork. Accessories are the valve and the carton, and the carton blank is dimensioned to follow the pouch volume. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
