Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box 1–20 L with Butterfly Valve for Red Wine

This metallized bag-in-box uses a butterfly valve as the dispensing control. A rotary knob sets how far the valve opens, which makes the flow rate easy to regulate. The pouch suits red wine and juice drinks that are poured in portions, and it also takes non-drinking liquids such as disinfectant solution, where the same structure is used with a different fill.

The pouch body is built around a metallized film or pure aluminium foil barrier layer, laminated with a polyethylene heat-seal inner layer. The metal layer blocks light and slows oxidation of the contents, and the inner layer keeps the seals strong while tolerating long contact with the liquid. The weld between the butterfly valve seat and the pouch is the critical control point.

Volumes can be made from 1-20 L and printing is available in 1-8 colours. Accessories include the valve and the carton, and the valve can be selected to suit how the liquid is poured. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs; pouch dimensions, valve position and artwork all follow customer requirements.
