Automotive urea, yoghurt and wine each put different demands on folding strength and sealing, and this metallized aluminium pouch can be fitted with a double spout and butterfly valve to balance filling speed against easy dispensing. An outer carton makes it stackable and shippable.
The body laminates metallized film, pure aluminium and transparent material. Aluminium blocks light, oxygen and moisture, and the clear layer shows how much is left. The pouch is supple, sits firmly inside the carton and resists damage at the folds over long journeys. A clear window along the face shows the fill level without opening the carton.
Printing runs 1-8 colours to customer artwork, and volumes span 1-200 L, with the larger steps equally covered. Accessories include oil, pointed-spout, aseptic, tap and butterfly valves plus the carton. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs.
It serves industrial liquids such as automotive urea, and also suits bulk filling of food and drink including yoghurt and wine.
