Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box 1–200 L for Juice

A high-barrier bag-in-box aimed at juice, jam and milk liquids, with the bag laminated from metallized, pure aluminium and transparent materials and dispensed through a valve across a 1–200 L volume system. Printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The high-barrier approach places the barrier layer in the middle of the laminate so oxygen and water vapour struggle to pass through. The outer transparent or metallized material carries print and light blocking, while the inner layer handles heat sealing. Once filled and sealed, the bag takes its shape inside the carton, dispenses steadily, and its wall contracts as the level falls, so contents are less likely to sit trapped in a corner.

Printing runs 1–8 colours and the artwork can follow one brand visual system. Accessories include an oil valve, a butterfly valve, a tap valve, a pointed spout and a cardboard outer carton with handle; the handled carton is easier to move and to display. At a 10,000 pcs minimum, products in a series can reuse one artwork framework.

Applications cover juice, jam and milk, and extend to syrup, concentrate and other liquid foods that need a longer shelf life. Sealing the bag shuts out outside air, which makes the flavour of the contents easier to hold across the storage period.

Kody Packaging makes this item in Dongguan, Guangdong, sampling against a customer's reference bag. Changes to the material build or the accessory selection are priced from the approved sample; bulk production follows approval, and repeat orders reuse the same material and artwork parameters.
