Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box 1–200 L for Liquid Egg

A factory-produced bag-in-box pouch built from metallized, pure aluminium and transparent materials, with a butterfly valve at the spout and a capacity that can be customised to customer requirements. It is used for liquid egg, red wine and similar liquids, printed in 1–8 colours with a 10,000 pcs minimum order.

Contents such as liquid egg carry protein and behave differently in viscosity from clarified wine, so the material build offers three options — metallized, pure aluminium and transparent — balancing light blocking against barrier. After filling, the valve closes, and during use the bag contracts as the level drops, which reduces the contact between the liquid surface and the air inside.

Capacity is not fixed to a single figure; customers can state their requirement against their production line, and bag dimensions plus valve position are confirmed together. Printing covers 1–8 colours for brand and item information. At a 10,000 pcs minimum, one bag format covers several capacity tiers, which cuts the number of material variants a customer has to stock.

The main target is bulk packaging of liquid egg, and the pouch also suits red wine, juice and seasoning liquids. Protein-bearing contents need temperature control after filling, and the bag material has to stay stable under those conditions.

Kody Packaging produces the item in Dongguan, Guangdong, sampling against a reference bag before bulk production. Different capacities and material builds create price differences, and custom capacities are calculated separately from the production-line requirement, settled against the approved sample.
