Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box 1 L with Valve, Large Capacity for Milk

This custom bag-in-box spans 1 L through 200 L, with the bag built from metallized, pure aluminium and transparent materials and dispensed through a valve. It serves milk and beverage liquids, printed in 1–8 colours with a 10,000 pcs minimum order.

Because one bag format covers a wide capacity span, small sizes suit in-store trial packs while large sizes serve catering and industrial portioning. On materials, the pure aluminium layer raises the barrier, the metallized layer balances light blocking against cost, and the transparent layer keeps the fill level readable. The bag works with an outer carton, and after filling it sits against the carton wall so the outer layer shares the load when the pack is carried.

Printing covers 1–8 colours, and the artwork can be adapted to each capacity tier. Accessories include a tap valve, a butterfly valve, an oil valve, a pointed spout and a carton, chosen to match the dispensing method. At a 10,000 pcs minimum, small and large sizes can share one print layout, which avoids paying twice for design work.

Milk and dairy drinks are the common contents, and the item also covers portioning of juice, drinking water and edible oil. Dairy drinks contain milk solids, so the bag needs to hold a steady seal across its storage period.
