Custom Metallized Bag-in-Box 10 L with Butterfly Valve for Red Wine

This custom metallized bag-in-box places red wine, spirits, juice and drinking water in one pouch construction; 10 L is the volume most often chosen in this band. The pouch dispenses through a butterfly valve, and with a handled carton slipped over it the pack can be carried directly, which is useful for retail, giveaways and household pouring.

Metallized film uses a polyester base carrying a metal layer, combining light blocking with barrier performance. Transparent film suits packs that need to show the liquid, and pure aluminium foil is chosen where a longer shelf life is required. All three are laminated with a heat-seal inner layer that sets seal strength and liquid resistance; the valve-seat weld also governs tightness.

The capacity range is 1-200 L and printing runs from 0-8 colours, so both plain and printed pouches can be produced. The accessory list is long: butterfly valve, pointed spout, tap valve, oil valve and handled carton, the oil valve being aimed at cooking-oil dispensing. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with pouch style and accessory combination made to order.
