Custom PET Bag-in-Box 1–200 L for Juice

In a drum-in-bag format, this bag-in-box seals and dispenses through a butterfly valve, with a carton drum outside. It packages wine, liquid drinks and food, and can also be made as a vacuum PET juice bag. The volume system spans 1–200 L, printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

On material sequence, the pouch is formed from pure aluminium, metallized and transparent layers. Pure aluminium gives the stronger barrier, the metallized layer is used for light blocking, and the transparent layer makes the remaining volume easy to check. The carton drum sits outside and the flexible bag inside; after filling the valve faces outward and the liquid runs out through it when drawn. The bag rests against the drum wall, so it is unlikely to shift position in transit.

Printing runs 1–8 colours, and the artwork supports a series design. Optional accessories are a butterfly valve, an oil valve, a tap valve and a cardboard outer carton with handle, matched to the contents and to how the pack is carried. At a 10,000 pcs minimum, different flavours in one series can share the same carton size.

Categories covered include wine, juice and drinks, and also portioning of food liquids such as sauces and seasoning liquids. Once sealed, the bag is separated from outside air, which makes the state of the contents easier to hold during transport and storage.
