Custom Transparent Bag-in-Box 1–200 L for Liquids

This bag-in-box uses a double-layer inner bag, with a valve at the spout and an optional spout fitment, packaging clear and coloured liquids anywhere in the 1–200 L range. Printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The double-layer idea is to keep a reinforcing structure between the inner and outer layers: the outer layer provides rigidity, the inner layer handles sealing and contact with the contents. Materials combine transparent, aluminium foil and pure aluminium — the transparent layer for inspection, the foil layer for barrier — and after filling the valve or spout fitment closes the pack for dispensing. The double layer also makes a full bag stand up better, so it creases less when it goes into a carton.

Printing covers 1–8 colours, with artwork produced from the customer's drawing. Accessories include a valve, a butterfly valve, an oil valve, a tap valve and a pointed spout, and the spout fitment style can be adapted to the interface of an automatic filling line. At a 10,000 pcs minimum, a customer can buy the bag alone and pair it with their own filling equipment.

The direction of use is portioning of clear liquids and drinks of various kinds, and the format also fits sauces, syrups and cleaning liquids. Where coloured and clear liquids share a bag format, only the artwork needs to change.
