Custom Transparent Bag-in-Box 1–200 L for Purified Water

A custom bag-in-box fitted with a tap at the spout and built around transparent material, used for purified water, edible oil, red wine and similar liquids across a 1–200 L volume system. Printing covers 1–8 colours and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs.

The advantage of a transparent bag is that fill level and clarity can be seen directly, which helps both the filling line and the end user. Metallized and pure aluminium options are also available, so contents needing light protection can move to a metallized or pure aluminium build. Combined with a carton, the bag stands upright and stable. Water and oil do not ask the same things of a bag: the first depends on sealing, while the second also calls for stable behaviour when in prolonged contact with the material.

Printing runs 1–8 colours, letting water, oil and wine share one bag format with only the artwork and valve changed. Accessories include a butterfly valve, a tap valve, an oil valve, a pointed spout and a carton. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs, and separate artwork can be assigned to one bag format so the water and oil lines stay distinct.

Use covers purified water, edible oil and red wine liquids, and the format also suits portioning of beverage concentrates and cleaning liquids. Where a cleaning liquid carries active ingredients, material compatibility is assessed on its own during selection.

Kody Packaging produces this item in Dongguan, Guangdong, and can confirm bag format and valve position from a customer's reference bag. Production is scheduled once the sample is approved, and repeat orders keep the same bag format and valve parameters; material and print changes create price differences, settled against the sampling-approved item.
