Custom Transparent Bag-in-Box 1 L, 2 L with Valve for Milk

A bag-in-box liner built for dairy and liquid foods, filling 1 L, 2 L, 3 L and 1 KG formats; fitted into an outer carton it becomes a complete pack. The transparent film lets staff see how much is left, while the PE water-film construction keeps the pouch supple for milk and drinking water, and a valve allows repeated dispensing without opening the whole bag.

The pouch is a multilayer laminate, offered in metallized, pure-aluminium or transparent build. The metallized layer works mainly against light and oxygen, the aluminium layer adds further barrier against moisture and oxygen, and the transparent option keeps contents visible. Formed pouches stay soft and resist brittle creasing at the folds.

Printing runs to 1-8 colours from customer artwork, and volumes span 1-200 L so bag length and fitment size can follow the filling line. Accessories cover butterfly, oil, pointed-spout and tap valves. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs.
