Custom Transparent Bag-in-Box 10 L with Aseptic Valve for Cooking Oil

The transparent aseptic bag-in-box is built around a see-through pouch, so the fill level and the colour of the liquid stay visible after filling, which is useful on a shop floor or a production line where staff need to judge how much is left. An aseptic valve sits in the pouch mouth and keeps its internal channel closed between pours, limiting the air that returns into the bag. It is used for cooking oil, juice concentrate, jam and milk in medium volumes.

The pouch is laminated from metallized film or pure aluminium foil with a polyethylene inner layer; the transparent version uses a see-through laminate that still gives basic barrier protection. Aluminium adds an oxygen and water-vapour barrier where a longer shelf life is needed, the inner layer sets seal strength and resistance to the liquid, and the valve seat weld needs its own temperature and pressure window.

Volumes span 1-20 L, with 10 L and 15 L the two most frequently chosen points in this size band. Printing runs to 1-8 colours, and the ratio of clear to printed area can be adjusted in the artwork. Accessories are the valve and the carton; an aseptic valve can be matched to aseptic filling equipment. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
