Custom Wine Pouch 23 L, 5 L with Valve, Light-Blocking for Red Wine

This wine bag-in-box is developed in sizes such as 23 L and 5 litres, using a sealed, light-blocking flexible bag with a liquid valve for dispensing. It serves as a portioning bag and a wine dispenser for red wine, spanning a 1–200 L volume system, with 1–8 colour printing and a 10,000 pcs minimum order.

Bag materials are combined from transparent, metallized and pure aluminium options: the metallized film blocks light, the pure aluminium layer lifts the barrier, and the transparent layer leaves a window for reading the fill level. The valve at the spout governs the dispensing rate, and during use the bag contracts as the level falls, keeping the surface area of wine exposed to air small. The valve joint is formed in one step during bag making, so the seal holds after repeated opening.

Printing covers 1–8 colours, and wine labels, region details and vintage information all fit onto the artwork. A butterfly valve, pointed spout, tap valve, oil valve and carton can be selected to match how the pack is used. Minimum order is 10,000 pcs, which suits series packaging for wine brands; the carton can carry winery details that echo the bag artwork.

The main contents are red wine, and the pouch also handles other liquids that need light-blocked storage, such as fruit wine, flavoured wine and concentrated juice. For wines held over a long period, a build with stronger light blocking and barrier can be chosen.
