Custom Foil Eight-Side-Seal Pouch with Spout for Hydrogen-Rich Water

The aluminium-foil eight-side-seal stand-up spout pouch is a flexible pack for liquid foods and drinks. Its body uses an eight-side-seal construction: the folded corners tuck inward to form flat panels and a wide front face, and once filled the pouch stands on its own. The foil layer works together with the laminated layer to shut out light and air, which suits contents such as drinking water and hydrogen-rich water that depend on flavour and gas retention. Eight-side-seal means the body carries eight sealing lines across its edges and folded corners. Those folds turn the pouch into a shape close to a square column, so filled bags stack without crushing one another, and both the front and the side panels can take printing. The foil layer blocks light and oxygen, the laminated layer supplies tensile strength and completes the heat-seal, and the spout on top is heat-sealed to the body; its cap opens and closes repeatedly, so no extra utensil is needed to serve the contents.

Artwork is printed to the customer's design. Colour count, bag dimensions and spout specification are settled at the sampling stage, and the pouch style itself can be adapted to the behaviour of the contents.

Applications cover drinking water, hydrogen-rich water, draft beer, soup, milk and juice, in channels such as convenience stores, food-service outlets and vending equipment.
