Custom Foil Four-Side-Seal Pouch 350 ml for Hydrogen-Rich Water

This four-side-seal hydrogen-rich water pouch is named at 350 ml and spans 1-10 L in the specification table. Nylon is added to the aluminium-plastic build to make a four-layer laminate, closed with a spout and screw cap. The nylon is there mainly to raise puncture and flex resistance, which suits small water pouches that have to survive handling and stacking after filling.

The usual division across four layers is: an outer layer for printing and abrasion, a nylon layer for toughness and puncture resistance, a foil layer for light blocking and oxygen barrier, and a heat-seal inner layer that keeps the seam tight and touches the contents directly. More layers bring better mechanical protection but also demand greater uniformity from the lamination process.

Printing is available in 1 to 8 colours. Volume spans 1-10 L, accessories are a spout and screw cap, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout opening and seal width are all customisable, with artwork produced from the customer's file.

It is used mainly for hydrogen-rich water and drinking water products, and also for juice, soup stock and other liquid foods kept away from light. The four-side seal holds a crisp shape and stacks neatly in cartons.
