Product details
The 350 ml four-side-seal pouch for hydrogen-rich water puts the volume in the single-serving band. The body is four-side-sealed with a spout, made from aluminium foil and laminated material, and a thickened nylon four-layer aluminium-plastic build gives the wall a good deal of stiffness. A 350 ml portion suits occasions where the drink is finished in one go — meetings, sports events, hotel guest rooms — and the contents are simply sipped once the spout is unscrewed. Kody Packaging makes the pouch to order, with volumes from 1-1000 ml.
Sealed on all four sides and fitted with a spout at the top, the filled bag sits close to a flat rectangular block, so cartons pack neatly. The thickened four-layer laminate stacks foil, nylon and other functional plies together: foil blocks light and oxygen, nylon raises tear resistance, and adhesive layers hold the plies as one sheet that shares the heat-seal load. The spout cap reopens and recloses, so an unfinished drink can be capped again.
Printing is available in 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Bag outline, spout diameter, seal dimensions and artwork follow the customer's drawing, and any volume within the range can be selected alongside 350 ml.
Applications are drinking water and liquid packaging: mineral water and hydrogen-rich water, plus the flexible packing of soup, milk and juice.
Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand; a sample or artwork can be approved before the bulk order is placed.
