Custom Foil Liquid Packaging Pouch 1–1000 ml for Juice and Beverages

A burst-resistant stand-up spout pouch for liquid foods such as juice, beverages and carbonated soft drinks. The body structure is reinforced against changes in internal pressure, lowering the risk of ballooning and seam failure, which suits carbonated or swelling contents.

The materials are metallised film and pure aluminium. The metallised layer forms a reflective metal coating on the film, combining light blocking with a metallic look, while the pure aluminium layer is denser and blocks more effectively. Bonded to a laminate base, the pouch ends up both stiff and tough, with the spout heat-sealed at the top and sealed by its cap.

Capacities span 1-1000 ml, printing takes 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch dimensions, spout bore, seam width and printed layout are all within the customisable range, and layout work starts as soon as the design is provided. Either a clear window or full-coverage printing can be produced.

Contents fall under liquid food: fresh milk, juice and beverages, soy milk, soup, coffee, milk tea, jelly and jam. Chilled drinks, takeaway food service and small-format juice packs are all suitable applications for this structure. The reinforced structure is usually chosen for drinks that gain pressure after filling, and a sample fill is the normal way to confirm how it behaves. Carbonated lines may also ask for a slightly wider seam, which can be set during tooling.
