Custom Foil Packaging Pouch 1–1000 ml with Spout for Laundry Detergent

This printable foil stand-up spout pouch for laundry detergent and shampoo is aimed at wash and personal-care liquids that lean chemical. The stand-up shape sits neatly on a shelf, and the spout means a refill pack no longer needs a measuring cup — the contents go straight into the original bottle, or the pouch is simply used up and discarded, cutting the amount of rigid plastic involved. Capacity falls between 1-1000 ml depending on the product.

The body is laminated material, with the foil layer doing barrier duty to keep fragrance and active ingredients separated from outside air. Because the inner layer touches the contents, it has to tolerate detergents and surfactants without delaminating or leaking after long storage. Formulations differ, so the inner film should be confirmed at the sampling stage.

Printing runs to 1-8 colours, and label information, directions and warnings can be printed directly on the pouch face, removing a labelling step. Pouch dimensions and spout diameter are matched to the filling equipment, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs.
