These spout pouches combine aluminium foil with laminated material in a heavier-gauge build, available in volumes from 1-1000 ml and produced to order. The foil layer improves resistance to light, oxygen and moisture, and one format accepts liquids, solids, powders and granules, which is what gives it such a wide reach.
The body uses laminated material as its structure, with foil acting as the barrier layer. A stand-up base lets the filled pouch stand, and the spout sits on the upper body and accepts either a screw cap or a flip cap. The heavier build mainly adds strength and stiffness, so the pouch keeps its shape when filled with dense pastes.
Volumes are 1-1000 ml, printing runs to 1-8 colours, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Colour count, pouch dimensions, spout specification and gusset width are open to customisation; send a sample or artwork and a trial bag is produced for approval. Printing artwork and bag structure can be adjusted together so the colour count suits the design.
Applications are deliberately broad, covering liquids, powders and granules, and pastes. Daily chemicals include laundry liquid, cleaner, body lotion, shampoo and hair colour or perm solutions; cosmetics include sheet-mask and facial cleanser packs; disinfectant liquids are another common use. That spread is the point of a universal format.
