Custom Foil Packaging Pouch 500 ml with Spout for Perm Solution

This spout pouch is commonly produced in a 500ML size for the hair-care and wash sector, filling curl cream, perm solution and body wash. The pouch stands on its own base and carries a screw-cap spout, so it holds its shelf position without slumping and dispenses without spilling.

The body combines aluminium foil, pure aluminium and laminated material. The foil layer blocks light and vapour; pure aluminium is denser and stops oxygen and moisture more directly; the outer laminated film carries the print and resists scuffing. These materials can be used on their own or bonded into a multilayer wall. The spout is heat-welded to the body, and the cap keeps its seal over repeated opening.
