Custom Foil Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Jelly and Laundry Detergent

This foil pouch with a handle adds a carry grip to the upper part of the body and pairs it with a top spout or a bottle-neck nozzle, which together solve the carrying problem for solid jelly, drinks, laundry detergent and bubble water. The body is laminated material and the handle is formed as part of it, so a filled bag can be moved with one hand and no outer bag or carton is needed. The handle carries the weight of the bag and its contents, so the body is reinforced where the handle meets it, preventing a tear from concentrated load when lifted. A bottle-neck nozzle has a wider opening than an ordinary spout, so semi-solid jelly can be squeezed through and liquids pour freely. Once the plies are laminated the body resists puncturing and provides a barrier, and the stand-up base keeps the pouch steady when set down.

Printing runs 1-8 colours, volumes span 1-1000 ml, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Handle type, nozzle form, dimensions and artwork follow a customer drawing, and the outline itself can also be die-cut.

Applications are liquid packaging: jelly drinks, laundry detergent and bubble water, as well as cleaners, disinfectant water, body wash and sheet-mask essence.

Production is in Dongguan, Guangdong, under the Kody Packaging brand, with sampling from a customer's sample first. Where the contents are heavier, the handle root and the seal width are reviewed together at the sampling stage.
