Custom Foil Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Orange Juice

A printed food-grade spout pouch for filling juice, including lemon, mango and orange juice, and for carbonated drinks as well. The pouch stands on its own base and is closed by a capped spout, which suits continuous operation on a liquid filling line and keeps packed cartons tidy.

The materials are aluminium foil and pure aluminium. Foil blocks light and oxygen, and the pure aluminium layer is denser, giving better protection to aroma and to vitamin-type components. The laminated structure is heat-sealed to the spout, and the seams are built to take filling pressure. The spout bore is chosen to match the viscosity of the liquid and the filling speed, so the drink flows out smoothly.

Volumes cover 1-1000 ml, printing takes 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Artwork, pouch dimensions and spout specification can all be customised, and the panel has room for flavour marks and nutrition information, with colour holding up well on a foil substrate.

Applications sit within liquid food: fresh milk, juice and beverages, soy milk, soup, coffee, milk tea, jelly and jam. Drink chains, juice brands and supermarket cold cabinets are all realistic channels for this pouch. For chilled juice lines, a sample fill can be run first to check how the pouch behaves at the customer's filling temperature. The panel can also carry a filling date area or a batch field if the brand needs one.
