Custom Foil Spout Pouch 1–1000 ml for Perm Cream and Perm Solution

A made-to-order foil spout pouch covering perm cream, perm solution and hydrogen peroxide among hair-care inputs, and equally able to hold shampoo or body wash. One pouch format serves both the hair-care and the wash-and-care lines, which means fewer sets of tooling when a brand buys packaging, and buyers running both lines from one warehouse often standardise on a single pouch to simplify reordering.

The material is made up of aluminium foil and laminated plies. The foil takes on light blocking and oxygen blocking, while the laminated layers supply strength and flexibility. The edges of the body are heat-pressed, and the spout is welded firmly at the mouth, so cream or liquid does not seep out at the joint when poured. Heat pressing is carried out at a controlled temperature so that sealing does not weaken the film.

Capacity runs from 1-1000ml, printing covers 1-8 colours, and the minimum order is 10,000 pcs. Pouch height, spout bore and artwork can be customised, and the channel size of the spout can be adjusted to suit how viscous the contents are.

Applications take in laundry detergent, cleaner, shampoo, hair dye and perm liquids, and liquid packaging generally. Formulas based on hydrogen peroxide are sensitive to light and to sealing quality, so filling a trial pouch and watching it for a while is worth doing before the structure is signed off.
