Custom Foil Spout Pouch 1–500 ml for Fruit Purée and Jelly

The foil spout pouch for fruit purée is a small-volume flexible pack from Kody Packaging's liquid packaging range, designed with children's complementary food in mind. A spout is welded into the pouch so purée, jelly and similar semi-liquid contents can be squeezed out and eaten directly, without a bowl or spoon. The spout size and the pouch proportions are tuned for small volumes, which makes the pack easy for a child to hold, and no extra tableware is needed when travelling.

The body is built from laminated material, with the foil layer doing the barrier work: it limits the effect of light and air on the contents. The spout is joined to the pouch by heat sealing, and the sealing width and temperature are set according to the film structure so the seam stays leak-free. A stand-up base lets a filled pouch stand on the shelf, and it can also be laid flat when packed into cartons.

Volume coverage runs from 1-500 ml, and the exact size can be fixed with the customer inside that range, taking the contents and the filling line into account. Printing supports 1-8 colours, either full-surface or with areas left unprinted. Artwork layout, pouch dimensions, spout diameter and seal style are all made to order. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
